How does Paris Fair Stands works ?

The requests of the companies which reach us via fair organizers, media, internet, advice and etc. noted to a large information document. We call this document as a booth brief. The booth briefs noted by our customer representatives and than pass to our fair stand design team. When the three dimensional stand designs prepared, they sent to our customers. After customer approval designs sent to our workshops. At the same time the visual printings and color inkjet printings readiness start up. By this way the modular fair stands becomes ready at least one week before the fair commencement day. After the fair organizer gives permission to entry in to fair area our production and execution team begins to install the fair stand. During the installation the fair exhibitor company is informed by visual and written documents. The fair stand is handed over to exhibitor company at least one day before the exhibition commencement day for preparation and to be get used to fair booth.

Regarding our Stands ?

Our fair stand designs and construction works are divided into two categories.
We call these Modular and private Stands.
Moduler stands:
Modular stands are made of aluminum structural frames and 6 mm thick melamine coated chipboard materials. These chipboard materials are located in to the clearance through the canal of the aluminum frames. Modular system stands are easy to install and do not need too much preparedness at workshop. That is why modular stands are more economic than private design fair stands. The modular fair stands are installed up to 5,5 meter high. Also glass or wooden racks, hangers, benches and counters can be installed in the modular system stands.
Private Design Stands:
This kind of wooden frame stands are used to construct radical design stands. The world's most useful material wood becomes wooden fair stand with iron or wood frames inside. In the foreground all projects design for the needs and the characteristics of exhibition company. For example; the logo of the exhibition company can be prepared in giant sizes, miniature hotels and even a stand look like a ship can be constructed. All the things which may dream can be constructed by the private design solutions. Private system stands are more costly than the modular system stands because they take long time and need more workshop efforts than modular stands.

Paris Fair Stands is the owner of all materials and equipments for the construction of fair stands. Production and execution of the stand is also made by our crew.
The visual and written printings are prepared in the Mimaki and HP brand latest technology printers. And all these printings are executed to fair stand by our professional execution team.
For the coloring of modular system stands we use oracle or 3D folio which is the most qualified brand in the sector. In the special design booths we use most qualified paint materials. So we have a wide variety of color palette for your appreciation.
Because of the elegant look we prefer to use glass tables, leather and aluminum chairs, glass racks, benches and counters.

Agency activities

First impression on your visitors comes out when they see your stand. We employ reception and service staff (hostess) in your stand to strengthen this positive impression. Also with our interpreters, you can settle your dialog difficulties with foreign visitors.
